为了检查和评估各课题1995年度研究进展与质量,交流各课题的研究成果,国家自然科学基金“八五”重大项目“城市与工程减灾基础研究”第二次课题检查暨第三次学术讨论会1995年11月27日至30日于湖北省宜昌市召开。此重大项目负责人、中国科学院院士胡聿贤研究员和中国工程院院士谢礼立研究员主持了这次会议。参加会议的有本重大项目所属5个二级课题,18个三级课题的科研人员代表,与此重大项目相邻学科的国家自然科学基金重点项目“火灾过程和防治中的热物理问题研究”课题组代表,沈阳市和广州市水利、水文部门的代表共80多人参加了会议。国家自然科学基金会材料与工程科学部建筑环境与结构工程学科主任那向谦及茹继平同志出席了检查会议及学术领导小组会议并讲了话。辽宁省建设
In order to examine and assess the 1995 research progress and quality of each subject, exchange the research results of each subject, the second subject check-up and the third symposium of “Basic Research on Urban and Engineering Disaster Reduction” of the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” National Natural Science Foundation November 27, 1995 to November 30 in Yichang, Hubei Province.
