This paper presents a new method to quantitatively interpret the SP wavefield data caused by the model of polarized ore body or inclined layer. The theoretical basis is to study the amplitude spectrum. Studies have shown that the amplitude spectrum is discontinuous at zero frequency, from which the inclination of the inclined layer can be determined.
