一、概况我厂从1960年开始,在钢筋混凝土预制构件的生产中,比较普遍地采用了钢模。采用钢模生产的构件主要有大型屋面板、长向空心板、短向空心板、屋面梁、楼梯、阳台、过梁、沟盖、挑檐等。有些梁柱则采用钢木混合模板(木底模钢侧模)和翻转钢模生产。无产阶级文化大革命以来,在毛主席“抓革命、促生产”伟大方针的指引下,我们又对钢模进行了多次改造,增加了新的钢模品种,以适应预应力构件的生产。目前全厂有不同类型的钢模1500余套,价值约为280万元,去年又建成了一个有2200平方米厂房的钢模工段,负责全厂钢模的维修、试
I. Overview Since 1960, our factory has used steel molds more commonly in the production of reinforced concrete precast components. The components made of steel molds mainly include large roof panels, long hollow slabs, short hollow slabs, roof beams, stairs, balconies, lintels, trench covers, and provocations. Some beam columns are produced using steel-wood hybrid formwork (wood mold steel side molds) and roll-over steel molds. Since the great proletarian cultural revolution, under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s great policy of “grasping the revolution and promoting production”, we have also carried out many transformations of steel molds and added new types of steel molds to suit the production of prestressed components. At present, there are more than 1,500 steel molds of different types in the whole plant, worth about 2.8 million yuan. Last year, a steel mold section with a 2,200-square-meter plant was built, responsible for the maintenance and testing of steel molds in the whole plant.
