F.T反应器的换热管采用S31500双相不锈钢,设备运行过程中出现换热管贴胀范围内的管头轴向开裂,对开裂性质特征和产生原因进行分析,并采取了相应的改进措施,保证了F.T反应器的平稳运行。
The heat exchanger of FT reactor adopts S31500 duplex stainless steel. During the operation of the FT reactor, axial cracking of the pipe head occurs in the range of exothermal expansion of the heat exchange tube. The cracking characteristics and causes are analyzed. Corresponding improvement measures are taken, FT reactor to ensure the smooth operation.
