针对GDX1小盒透明纸包装机(简称GDX1小透机)因外挂检测器故障而出现频繁停机且维修时间较长,极易造成产品质量事故和增加残次品数量,降低了设备的作业率的问题,对GDX1小透机外部检测器故障原因进行研究分析,采用GDX1小透机自身同步信号,选用s7-200系列PLC,集成外挂检测器检测信号,同时采用触摸显示屏显示检测器实时状态信息,快速锁定外挂检测器剔除原因。改造后,运行结果表明以上策略能有效地降低GDX1小透机的外挂检测器故障停机时间。
