莱钢集团矿山建没有限公司主竖井采用单罐笼提升.提升信号为井口转发式.提升绞车型号为2JTK-1.6,井口安全门、摇台及阻车器均为人工手动操作,由于相互之间没有安设必要的安全联锁,在提升过程中,推车工有时会忘记关闭井口安全门或阻车器,给安全生产造成隐患。2002年3月,曾发生矿车坠井事故,造成停产46h,直接经济损失8万多元,之后又多次发生设备及人员坠井险兆事故。为保证生产安全,杜绝类似事故的发生,公司设计了井口安全防护设施联锁控制装置。
