探讨改水10年后高氟高砷对原居住在该地区居民血、尿中13种元素含量的影响。方法:采用JY-TOP型电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)对改水前常住原高氟高砷地区、原高氟地区及对照区的20~60岁的居民血、尿中13种元素进行了测定。结果:经统计学分析发现血清Mg、Ca、Al、Ba及尿Al存在着统计学意义。结论:改水10年后氟砷对血清Mg、Ca、Al、Ba元素的影响仍未彻底恢复。
To investigate the effect of high fluoride and high arsenic on the contents of 13 elements in the blood and urine of residents living in the area 10 years after water diversion. Methods: JY-TOP inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP) was used to analyze the blood and urine of residents between 20 and 60 years of age who lived in high fluoride arsenic area, former high fluoride area and control area The kinds of elements were measured. Results: The statistical analysis showed that serum Mg, Ca, Al, Ba and urine Al were statistically significant. Conclusion: The effects of fluoride and arsenic on serum Mg, Ca, Al and Ba elements have not been completely recovered after water change for 10 years.
