目的探讨家庭因素对大学新生抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等情绪健康的影响。方法采用自编的大学新生家庭影响因素调查表和症状自评量表(SCL-90),在西北地区某地方院校中选取2211名2008级新生进行施测。结果 1在抑郁、焦虑、恐怖3类情绪上,3种父亲文化水平的大学新生情绪状态存在显著差异(F=10.77,5.92和6.47;P<0.01或0.001);2在抑郁、焦虑情绪上,3种母亲文化的大学新生情绪状态存在显著差异(F=6.79和4.04;P<0.01或0.05);3在抑郁、焦虑、恐怖3类情绪上,5种家庭经济状况的大学新生情绪状态存在显著差异(F=4.18,3.15和3.33,P<0.05或0.01);4在抑郁、焦虑、恐怖3类情绪上,3种家庭关系的大学新生情绪状态存在显著差异(F=33.66,20.45和7.60;P<0.01或0.001)。结论家庭因素是影响大学新生情绪健康的重要方面,高校应重点关注家庭成员文化程度低、成员关系较差及家庭经济状况贫困的新生,通过开设情绪健康课程及训练,提高新生情绪健康与心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the impact of family factors on the emotional health of college freshmen such as depression, anxiety and terror. Methods A total of 2211 freshmen from a local college in northwestern China were enrolled in the self-made questionnaire of family influence factors and Self-rating Symptom Inventory (SCL-90). Results 1 There were significant differences in the emotion status of freshmen in three kinds of father’s education (F = 10.77,5.92 and 6.47; P <0.01 or 0.001) in depression, anxiety and terror. 2 In depression and anxiety, There were significant differences (P = 0.01 and P <0.01 or 0.05) in emotional status of freshmen in three kinds of mother’s culture. 3 There were significant differences in the emotional status of freshmen among five families in three kinds of depression, anxiety and horror (F = 4.18, 3.15 and 3.33 respectively, P <0.05 or 0.01). 4 There were significant differences among the three freshmen in family relationships in depression, anxiety and horror (F = 33.66, 20.45 and 7.60; P <0.01 or 0.001). Conclusion Family factors are important aspects that influence the emotional health of college freshmen. Universities should pay more attention to new students with low education level, poor membership and poor family economic status. Through the creation of emotional health classes and training, the emotional and psychological health of new students should be improved. Level.
