《陝西的‘天桥’——西安百貨‘南一’門市部在躍进》一書的出版,是我們商业职工的一件大喜事。在这本不太厚的冊子里,概括地介紹了一个基層商業單位怎样由落后变为先进的經驗。其中有經营管理、服务質量、規章制度、帳务手續、思想教育等等,这真可以說是一本商業工作者必备的無所不全的“宝庫”。学了这本书,使我进一步了解商業工作絕不像人們所想象的那样“輕而易举”,不經苦練即可做好的。这本書也有助于商業人員更加深入地熟悉管理知識和提高自己的工作能力。
“The flyover of Shaanxi - the publication of the bookstore of Xi’an Department Store in the First Branch of Xi’an” is a great pleasure for our commercial workers. In this not-so-thick booklet, it gives an overview of how a grass-roots business unit has changed from backward to advanced. Among them are management, service quality, rules and regulations, accounting procedures, ideological education, etc. This can be said to be an essential “treasure house” for all business workers. Having studied this book helped me further understand that business work is never “easy” as people think and can be done without hard skills. This book also helps business people become more familiar with managing knowledge and improving their working abilities.
