用定量组织化学方法,观察了耳穴压丸对家兔迷走神经背核及腹腔神经节乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的影响。实验分3组进行,即耳穴压丸组(A),实验性胆石症组(B),及空白对照组(C)。结果为:(1)迷走背核:A组的AChE活性显著地高于B组及C组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。B组略高于C组,但无统计学意义。(2)腹腔神经节的A组AChE活性低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本结果从形态上提示耳穴压丸可能有增强迷走神经的活动,促进胆汁分泌、胆囊收缩的作用。
Quantitative histochemical methods were used to observe the effect of ear acupressure pills on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity in rabbit vagus dorsal nucleus and celiac ganglion. The experiment was divided into 3 groups: auricular acupressure group (A), experimental cholelithiasis group (B), and blank control group (C). The results were: (1) Dorsal nucleus invagination: AChE activity in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Slightly higher in group B than in group C, but not statistically significant. (2) The AChE activity in group A of the celiac ganglion was lower than that in group C, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results from the morphological suggest that auricular pressure pills may enhance vagal activity, promote bile secretion, gallbladder contraction.
