This article is a speech by George Washington to the forces in the War of Independence. George Washington (1732-1799) was the founder of the United States. The first president came from a large family of plantation owners and served in the British colonial army in his early years. He served as the first and second representatives of the mainland conference. The 1775 North American War of Independence broke out and was named Commander-in-Chief of the Thirteen Uprising.
