通过对电子信息产品保护中存在的障碍和问题进行分析 ,探讨如何制定、健全信息工作的政策、法规、有关技术规范以及对加强数据库产品开发、使用过程中的知识产权保护、信息市场的保护和信息权利的国际法保护等应采取的对策。
Through the analysis of obstacles and problems in the protection of electronic information products, this paper discusses how to formulate and perfect the policies, regulations and technical specifications of information work as well as the protection of intellectual property rights in the process of developing and using database products, the protection of information market and International law protection of information rights and other measures to be taken.
