随着当前城市的快速发展与建设,结合城市空间发展的现状效果回顾各项城市设计项目的实际作用,不难发现由于存在技术路线偏差、成果内容泛化、难以管理与落实等问题造成一些地区的空间管控缺乏法定地位与权威性,以致管控力度不足、城市空间品质欠佳等问题。因此,亟需认真解析各层次城市设计在实施中存在的具体问题与成因,以强化城市设计的可实施性为目标,对城市关于空间、环境、管理等方面的实施进行系统性评估。城市设计类型众多,加之城市设计是非法定规划,评判标准复杂,国内目前仍没有相对标准的评估方法。《常州城市设计评估》~①的主要目的是提高实效性,分类型进行评估以制定相应的评估内容与方法,在国内具有开创性,弥补系统性城市设计评估方法的缺项。

Many types of urban design, combined with urban design is non-statutory planning, evaluation criteria are complex, there is still no relative standard assessment methods. The main purpose of “Changzhou urban design assessment” ~ ① is to improve the effectiveness, classification of the assessment to develop the appropriate assessment content and methods, a pioneering in the country to make up for the lack of systematic urban design assessment methods.
