改革开放以来,职工思想非常活跃,出现了前所未有的信仰危机和不少困惑,给思想政治工作带来了重大难题。一是解放以来已经滑灭了的社会丑恶现象又沉渣泛起;二是广泛存在的腐败现象,包括权钱交易、以权谋私;三是由于改革不配套、法制不健全等引起的社会分配不公;四是社会治安状况不好,人们缺乏安全感等等。这些都使包括职工在内的人民群众产生了不理解、不满意。但总起来讲,这些问题都是在新旧体制转换和新旧思想观念冲撞中,也就是在我们整个社会处于转型期的阵痛中出现的。所以,十几年来,经济大大发展了,人们生活水平大大提高了,这是大家有目共睹的,可是还会“端起碗来吃肉,放下筷子骂娘’,说明心理不平衡,思想有疙瘩。这就涉及到我们这次研讨会的主题了,这就是思想道德文化 Since the reform and opening up, the thinking of staff and workers has been very active, an unprecedented crisis of beliefs and a lot of confusion have emerged, bringing major challenges to the ideological and political work.
