研究了电化学处理过程中组织的电导率变化与其损伤程度之间的关系.实验采用恒定直流电流(15mA)电解动物组织及人体恶性肿瘤组织,同时测量电化学处理过程中电导率的变化,然后观察组织的病理切片.结果显示正常组织和恶性肿瘤组织的电导率在电化学处理过程中呈规律性变化,并且与受损组织的病理变化有一定程度的关联.这表明可以用电导率的变化来表征电化学治疗过程中肿瘤组织的损伤程度.
