[目的]了解区级妇幼保健机构的发展现状,为明确区级妇幼保健机构的服务功能定位提供建议。[方法]采用调查表对武汉市13家区级妇幼保健机构进行定量调查,运用SPSS12.0软件对数据进行统计分析。[结果]武汉市区级妇幼保健机构专业技术人员业务水平较低;医疗仪器设备更新慢;技术服务内容单一,缺乏高层次、高技术含量的保健服务项目。[结论]区级妇幼保健机构的保健服务功能被弱化,政府应明确其职责,鼓励区级妇幼保健机构探索建立区域性专科特色的保健服务。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of district-level MCH institutions and provide suggestions for defining the service function of MCH institutions at district level. [Methods] A questionnaire was used to conduct quantitative survey of 13 district-level MCH institutions in Wuhan. The data were analyzed by SPSS12.0 software. [Results] The level of professional and technical personnel in MCH institutions in Wuhan was low; the medical equipment and equipment were updated slowly; the technical service was single and lacked high-level and high-tech health service items. [Conclusion] The health service function of MCH institutions in the district is weakened. The government should clarify its responsibilities and encourage MCH institutions at district level to explore the establishment of health care services with regional specialties.
