“FA 旱地龙”是以黄腐植酸为主要成分的多功能植物抗旱节水增产营养剂,是国家防总、水利部“九五”科技推广项目。按照国家防总、水利部的要求,我省于1996年10月引进了“FA 旱地龙”,当年11月湖北省水利厅科教处下达了“FA 旱地龙”在农业上的应用试验研究课题,试验研究工作从1996年11月开始至1997年11月结束。具体情况如下:
“FA Dryland Dragon” is a multi-functional plant drought-resistant water-saving and nutrient-increasing nutrition agent based on humic acid, and is the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” scientific and technological popularization project of the State General Protection and Water Conservancy Department. In accordance with the requirements of the State Prevention and Control Ministry and Ministry of Water Resources, the province introduced the “FA Dryland Dragon” in October 1996. In November of that year, Hubei Provincial Department of Water Resources and Discipline Inspection and Education Office issued the application research topic of “FA Dryland Dragon” in agriculture. Experimental research began in November 1996 and ended in November 1997. Details are as follows:
