一、引言Bagley和Tunbull利用X射线衍射及差示扫描量热法(DSC)对电沉积Ni-P合金镀层结构进行了研究。近期,增井·宽二、郭可信等对非晶Ni-P合金的晶化过程作了更深入的研究。Bagley的工作表明,含磷为14.9wt%的非晶Ni-P镀层在加热过程中(~500℃),分别庄280℃和410℃有两次放热转变。他认为280℃转变系非晶亚稳转变,410℃是Ni_2P结晶转变。
I. INTRODUCTION Bagley and Tunbull used X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to study the electrodeposited Ni-P alloy coatings. Recently, Zeng Jing, Kuan Kuhn, Guo Kexin and other amorphous Ni-P alloy crystallization process made a more in-depth study. Bagley’s work showed that the amorphous Ni-P coating containing 14.9 wt% phosphorus had two exothermic transitions at 280 ° C and 410 ° C during heating (~ 500 ° C). He believes that 280 ℃ transformation is amorphous metastable transition, 410 ℃ is Ni_2P crystalline transformation.
