宴春酒楼是一个闻名的百年老店,现有职工62人,主营水晶肴蹄、蟹黄汤包、白汤大面、维扬细点、镇扬名菜。近年来兼有接待华侨、港澳同胞、外国来宾的任务。1984年这个店从改革入手,开展优质服务,积极搞活经营,百年老店换了新貌。全年营业额达87.6万元,比上年增长33%,利润额达10.7万元,比上年增长81%,是省人民政府命名的“文明商店”、“五讲”“四美力“三热爱”活动先进集体。一年来,这个店在改革创新中主要抓了四个方面的工作:
