本文叙述了InGaAs-PIN光电二极管作为139.264M6/s光接收机探测器件时,存在最佳的偏置电压。在此电压下与0偏和5V反偏时光接收机灵敏度相比,可分别改善约3.6dB和2dB。
This article describes the InGaAs-PIN photodiode as a 139.264M6 / s optical receiver detector, there is the best bias voltage. At this voltage and 0 bias and 5V reverse bias when the optical receiver sensitivity, respectively, to improve about 3.6dB and 2dB.
