习主席强国梦的提出,对教育提出了更高要求。加强青年学生人文素质教育,既是时代发展的趋势,也是教育目标的要求。教育领先世界是强国梦的重要组成部分。教育强则民族强,民族强则国家强。只有充分发挥自身优势,实施素质教育,提高教育质量,实现教育领先世界,才能实现强国梦。本文就军队院校科学构建人文素质教育体系提出了自己的观点和看法,以建立适应军队现代化建设需要的、具有我军特色的人文素质教育体系。

Strengthening the humanistic education of young students is not only the trend of the times but also the requirement of educational goals. Leading the world in education is an important part of the dream of a powerful nation. Strong national education, national strong national strong. Only by giving full play to its own advantages, implementing quality education, improving the quality of education and leading education in the world can we achieve the dream of strengthening our nation. This article puts forward my own views and opinions on the scientific construction of humane quality education system in military academies and universities in order to establish a humanistic education system that meets the needs of the modernization of our armed forces and has our own characteristics.
