根据党中央、国务院批准的《四川省党政机构改革方案》和省委、省政府《关于四川省党政机构改革方案的实施意见》,四川省无线电管理委员会是省政府的议事协调机构,在国家无线电管理委员会和省政府领导下负责四川省辖区内除军事系统外的无线电管理工作。省无线电管理委员会办公室是省无线电管理委员会的办事机构,设在省人民政府办公厅。本着转变职旋、理顺关系、精兵简政、提高效率的指导思想和“精简、统一、效能”的原则,确定四川省无线电管理委员会办公室职能配置、内设机构和人员编制方案。
According to the “Plan for the Reform of Party and Government Organizations in Sichuan Province” approved by the Central Party Committee and the State Council and the “Opinions on the Implementation of the Reform Plan for Party and Government Organizations in Sichuan Province” issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the Sichuan Provincial Radio Management Committee is the coordinating body for the provincial government’s deliberations. Under the leadership of the State Radio Regulatory Commission and the provincial government, it is responsible for the radio management in the Sichuan area except the military system. Provincial Radio Management Committee Office is the provincial radio management committee offices, located in the provincial people’s government office. In line with the principle of changing careers, rationalizing relations, working hard and policing, improving efficiency and the principle of “streamlining, unifying and efficiency”, the functional configuration, internal agency and staffing plan of the office of Sichuan Radio Management Committee are determined.
