众所周知，Ｓｔａｍｍｂｅｒｇｅｒ和 Ｋｅｎｎｅｄｙ主张在内窥镜鼻窦手术（ｅｎｄｏｓｃｑｐｉｃ ｓｉｎｕｓ ｓｕｒｇｅｒｙ， ＥＳＳ）中保留中鼻甲（ｍｉｄｄｌｅ ｔｕｒｂｉｎａｔｅ， ＭＴ）以达到功能性之目的。但随着ＥＳＳ的广泛开展，部分切除病变ＭＴ的做法确在采用。因ＭＴ是否作部分切除而造成的不同结果引起了人们的注意。现就有关情况综述如下。
It is well-known that Stammberger and Kennedy advocate the retention of middle turbinate (MT) for endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) for functional purposes. However, with the extensive development of ESS, the practice of partial resection of the lesion MT is indeed taken. Different results due to the partial resection of the MT caused the people’s attention. The relevant situation is summarized below.
