本论文从胜利油田高培中心的培训项目管理现状分析入手,以现代项目管理理论为依托,进行了如何在高培中心实施项目化管理模式的探索研究。论文在总结了高培中心培训项目特点的基础上,首先完成对高培中心管理的多种项目的分组分级工作,并依据项目的划分类别成立了相应的组织,明确其应承担的责任和管理模式,最终建立了项目化管理模式下的组织机构模型。论文的最后一部分,对高培中心应用该项目化管理模式后体会到的优势进行了详细的分析。
Based on the current situation of training project management in Shengli Oilfield High Training Center, this dissertation starts with the exploration of modern project management theory and how to carry out the project management mode at Gaopai Training Center. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the training program of Gaopai Center, the thesis firstly divides the work of grading the various projects managed by Gaopai Center and sets up the corresponding organizations according to the classification of the project, clarifying the responsibilities and management they should undertake Model, the ultimate establishment of the project management model of the organizational model. The last part of the dissertation analyzes in detail the advantages that Gaopai Center realized after applying this project management mode.
