欧盟委员会近日发布了《2013年版能力图谱报告》,概述欧盟战略能源技术计划(SET-Plan)。技术领域包括风能、太阳能、电网、生物能源、碳捕集与封存(CCS)以及核裂变能的公共和私营研发与示范(RD&D)投资情况,包括欧盟FP7投入、成员国投入和私营企业投入。报告发布的主要目的是,确定公共和私营投资在SET-Plan技术发展融资方面的贡献,在2009年确定的范围是每年52-54亿欧元。这项评估工作绘制了不同的资金来源和欧盟成员
The European Commission recently released the 2013 Capability Map Report, outlining the EU’s Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan). Technical areas include public and private R & D and demonstration (RD & D) investments in wind, solar, power grids, bioenergy, CCS and nuclear fission energy, including EU FP7 investment, input from member countries and private sector investment. The main purpose of the report was to determine the contribution of public and private investments in the financing of SET-Plan technology development, which was set at a level of 5.2-5.4 billion euros per year in 2009.
