介绍了俄罗斯学者关于手弧焊不同规范对在酸性介质中工作的12X18H10T不锈钢焊接接头腐蚀破坏影响的研究概况。结果表明:酸性工作介质会促使耐蚀稳定性较好的12X18H10T不锈钢的焊接接头出现晶间腐蚀(MKK),腐蚀程度的大小受多种因素影响,其中焊缝组织晶粒尺寸越小腐蚀程度越轻;采用脉冲电流手弧焊比采用直流电流手弧焊的焊接接头组织晶粒小。因此,采用脉冲电流手弧焊可以提高不锈钢焊接接头的耐腐蚀稳定性。
This paper introduces the research overview of Russian scholars on the influence of different manual arc welding parameters on the corrosion damage of 12X18H10T stainless steel welded joints working in acid medium. The results show that the acidic working medium leads to the intergranular corrosion (MKK) in the welded joint of 12X18H10T stainless steel with good corrosion resistance. The corrosion degree depends on many factors. The smaller the grain size of the weld microstructure is, the more the corrosion degree Light; using pulse current hand arc welding than the use of direct current arc welding hand welded joints with small grain size. Therefore, the use of pulse current arc welding can improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel welded joints.
