针对炮弹注药生产线中安全防爆要求相当严格的拧卸钻孔线的工艺特点和使用环境，采用ＯＭＯＲＮ的ＳＹＳＭＡＣ一Ｃ２００ＨＥ可编程控制器设计了一种新型控制系统。文中给出ＰＬＣ控制系统的结构组成和软件设计的基本思想。
Aiming at the quite strict technical characteristics of screwing and unloading drilling line and the use environment in the projectile injection production line, a new type of control system is designed by using SYSMAC-C200HE programmable logic controller of OMORN. The article gives the PLC control system structure and software design of the basic idea.
