膀胱癌是泌尿系最常见的肿瘤,并且复发率高,寻求一个能够进行早期诊断的监测方法十分必要。FISH技术作为肿瘤分子诊断的一种重要工具,因其在肿瘤诊断中高效、快速、无创等优势而逐渐受到广大临床工作者的青睐。本文就膀胱癌复发的主要基因变异做一探讨,并就FISH在监测其复发上的优势和应用前景做一概述。
Bladder cancer is the most common type of cancer in the urinary tract and has a high recurrence rate. It is necessary to find a monitoring method that can be used for early diagnosis. FISH technology as an important tool for tumor molecular diagnosis, because of its advantages in cancer diagnosis efficient, rapid, noninvasive and gradually by the majority of clinicians of all ages. This article discusses the main gene mutations in the recurrence of bladder cancer and summarizes the advantages and prospects of FISH in monitoring its recurrence.
