自动堆焊是一种用埋弧焊的方法,在金属部件表面上堆敷一层特殊用途合金的焊接方法。堆焊设备弧焊机由于交流弧焊机的电弧不稳定,堆焊合金钢焊丝时,合金成分烧损大,而且堆焊层的成型差,故我们在进行合金钢自动堆焊时,不采用交流弧焊机,而采用AB—500型直流弧焊机。最近我们又试制成功硅整流1200安大容量弧焊机,其电气原理见图1。
