沙门氏菌是常见的食物中毒致病菌,而饮食行业人员中的健康带菌者是引起食物中毒的主要传染源之一.我们对西湖区1986~1988年从饮食行业人员健康体检中获得的155株沙门氏菌作了生化和血清分型,结果报告如下.(一)材料和方法1.菌株来源:全部菌株自1986~1988年本区饮食行业人员健康体检43571份大便标本中培养分离获得.
Salmonella is a common pathogen of food poisoning, and health carriers in the food industry is one of the main sources of food poisoning.We obtained a total of 155 strains of Salmonella in health workers in the West Lake from 1986 to 1988 Biochemical and serological typing were made and the results were reported as follows: 1. Materials and Methods 1. Source of Strain: All strains were isolated from 43,571 stool specimens of the health workers in the catering industry from 1986 to 1988 in the area.
