Recently, General Secretary Hu Jintao of the CPC Central Committee emphasized in his collective study of the Politburo: "Only by remembering history, especially bearing in mind the history of Chinese revolution created by our party’s leadership of the people, can we have a profound understanding of the past, a comprehensive grasp of the present and a correct future-building. Unremittingly study the history of Chinese revolution and further deepen the understanding of the national conditions of our country and the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics from the comparison of history and reality
