《新课程标准》中指出:“在教学过程中教师要当好组织者和引导者,帮助学生积极主动地利用教材为自己的学习服务。”“教师在教学中不仅要遵循一般的教学规律,而且要结合自身实际和学生的具体情况进行突破和创造。”这些观点表明:教师不是要围着教材转,而是要围着学生转,要想方设法尽心尽力为学生服务。教师的教学不应该程式化,而应该有自己的个性,自己的风格,敢于并善于创新。
The New Curriculum Standard states: “Teachers should be good organizers and guides in their teaching so as to help students actively use the materials for their own learning.” “Teachers should not only follow the normal Teaching rules, but also to make breakthroughs and creation based on their own actual conditions and students’ specific conditions. ”These opinions show that teachers should not turn around teaching materials, but should turn around students and find ways to serve students with due diligence. Teachers should not be teaching stylized, but should have its own personality, their own style, courage and good at innovation.
