大力加强农村卫生工作,全面推动农村卫生事业的建设与发展,已列入我省“八五”期间和今后10年卫生事业发展的战略目标和主要任务,而培养、提高和稳定农村卫生技术队伍,则是加强农村卫生工作的关键。为了对我省内地县的医学人才流动情况有所了解,发现问题、提出建议,我们对松花江地区所属巴彦、五常两县进行了专题调查。
