伊宁县是新疆人口大县,二、三产业虽有一定发展,但产业基础还很薄弱,农村劳动力吸纳能力十分有限,经济增长对就业的拉动效应不大,农业和农村中仍然滞留着大量的剩余劳动力,就业总量性、结构性矛盾与民族地区就业工作的特殊性交织,就业压力大、任务重。本文通过对伊宁县劳动力就业情况进行调查,分析劳动力转移就业与产业结构调整的互动关系,并从优化产业结构、完善就业平台、拓宽就业渠道、强化就业培训等方面提出相应的对策建议。 Although there are some secondary and tertiary industries in Yining County, although the development of secondary and tertiary industries is still weak, the industrial base is still weak. The absorption capacity of rural labor force is very limited. Economic growth has little effect on employment. There is still a large number of agricultural and rural areas still remaining in agriculture and rural areas The surplus labor force, the total employment force, the structural contradictions and the particularities of the employment work in the minority areas are intertwined, resulting in heavy employment pressure and heavy tasks. Based on the investigation of the labor force employment in Yining County, this paper analyzes the interactive relationship between labor force transfer and industrial restructuring, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from optimizing industrial structure, improving employment platform, widening employment channels and strengthening employment training.
