1925年首先由Bradburg等人报告本病3例。1960年由Shy-Drager二氏报告2例(其中1例尸解资料),指出本病特点为直立性低血压,以及由此引起的神经系统症状。病理证实有神经系统广泛受损。以后文献称Shy-Drager综合征为一独立疾病。国内自1977年杨任民等最早报告1例以来,陆续有少数病例报告,关于本病的脑CT扫描尚未见报告。现将我科1982年至85年2月收治的12例病人的临床和CT资料报告如下: 一、12例的临床和CT见下表。
In 1925 first reported by Bradburg et al 3 cases of the disease. In 1960, Shy-Drager two reported 2 cases (including 1 case of autopsy), pointed out that the disease is characterized by orthostatic hypotension, and the resulting nervous system symptoms. Pathology confirmed extensive damage to the nervous system. Later literature said Shy-Drager syndrome as an independent disease. Since 1977, when one of the earliest reports of Yang Renmin and so on have been reported in succession, a few cases have been reported. No reports have been reported on this CT scan of the disease. Now our department from 1982 to 85 February admitted 12 cases of clinical and CT data reported as follows: First, 12 cases of clinical and CT see the table below.
