保证本科教育质量的条件有三个:1学生投身学习,2严格要求,3评价和反馈。三个条件相辅相成缺一不可。这个是经过长时间实践得出的重要结论。如果三个条件能够付诸实践的话,教育的质量就会大大改观。这样的断定,不是三言两语就能得出,既然已经存在了,那么为什么我们不去贯彻呢?我觉得最重要的是如何让独立出来的三个条件有效地结合在一起相辅相成,并且根据实际情况进行调整,才能找到我们在教育中的立足根本。
There are three conditions to ensure the quality of undergraduate education: 1 students devote themselves to study, 2 strict requirements, 3 evaluation and feedback.
