用一级复型技术与扫描电镜配合对新进口硫酸冷却器的局部腐蚀状况进行了无损检验评定。检验项目包括确定列管材质,分析管面棕黄色点状锈物成分,以及评定设备的腐蚀状况。结果确证,列管用材为SuS304不锈钢,点状锈物下的管面发生了点蚀。点蚀程度轻微,每一点蚀坑由一群近似半球形的微坑组成,微坑分布范围小于1 mm(直径),腐蚀深度小于0.06 mm,表明点蚀正处于萌生阶段。检验结果指出,一级复型方法适用于对初生阶段的局部腐蚀进行现场无损检验研究,并可得到满意的结果。
With a complex technology and scanning electron microscopy of the new imported sulfuric acid cooler partial corrosion status assessed by non-destructive testing. Test items include determining the material of the tube, analyzing the brownish-yellow rust-like substance of the tube surface, and assessing the corrosion status of the equipment. The results confirm that the pipe material is SuS304 stainless steel, pitting rust under the pipe surface pitting. The pitting corrosion is slight. Each pitting pit consists of a group of approximately hemispherical pits. The distribution of the pits is less than 1 mm (diameter). The corrosion depth is less than 0.06 mm, indicating that the pitting corrosion is in its infancy. The test results show that the first-level compound method is suitable for on-site non-destructive examination of the local corrosion in the nascent stage and satisfactory results can be obtained.
