在传统教学中,由于中职生的素质参差不齐,接受知识的能力也高低不一,专业课教师在上课的时候很难面面俱到,照顾到所有的学生,因此往往采取一种折中的教学方法,即教学难度以中下游学生的水平为标准,教学一般采用教材中的范例,很少有创新。这样的教学模式,能基本照顾到所有的学生,且学生均能学到基础的专业知识,比较适合普通中学的教学。但对中职的专业课程教学来说,这样的教学模式存在较大的缺陷。因此,有必要实行分层教学。
