采用化学偶联法制备抗CD3抗B细胞性白血病独特型双特异性抗体,研究了该双特异性抗体诱导LAK细胞的增殖及其细胞毒作用。结果提示,双特异性抗体可显著提高LAK细胞与Daudi细胞的结合率;促进淋巴细胞的增殖。乳酸脱氢酶试验检测发现,加入双特异性抗体后,LAK细胞对Daudi细胞的细胞毒性作用显著高于对照组。
Anti-CD3 anti-B-cell leukemia unique bispecific antibody was prepared by chemical coupling method. The proliferation and cytotoxicity of LAK cell induced by the bispecific antibody were studied. The results suggest that bispecific antibodies can significantly increase the binding rate of LAK cells to Daudi cells and promote the proliferation of lymphocytes. Lactate dehydrogenase test found that the addition of bispecific antibodies, LAK cells Daudi cells cytotoxicity was significantly higher than the control group.
