改革开放30多年来,我国考试招生制度初步形成了相对完整的考试招生体系,这一制度总体上符合国情,权威性、公平性社会认可,但也存在一些社会反映强烈的问题亟待解决。一方面,综合素质评价面临着社会局限性、现实局限性、操作局限性等诸多现实问题,必须首先解决好这些问题,综合素质评价才有使用价值。处理这些问题的对策主要集中于制度建设、资源投入评价主体等。
Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up, the examination enrollment system in our country has initially formed a relatively complete examination enrollment system. This system is generally in line with the national conditions, authority and fairness in social acceptance. However, some problems that are strongly reflected by the society are yet to be solved urgently. On the one hand, the comprehensive quality evaluation faces many practical problems, such as social limitations, practical limitations and operational limitations. First, these problems must be solved before comprehensive quality evaluation can be used. The countermeasures to deal with these problems mainly focus on the system construction and the evaluation of resources input.
