目的:建立测定药物制剂中头孢哌酮钠含量的新方法。方法:在弱酸性介质中,头孢哌酮钠能够阻抑过硫酸钾氧化荧光桃红的荧光淬灭反应。结果:头孢哌酮钠的质量浓度与荧光强度的变化在1.0×10-6~1.3×10-5g.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9950),对1.0×10-5g.mL-1的头孢哌酮钠进行11次平行测定,RSD为2.32%,方法的检出限为7.0×10-8g.mL-1。结论:该法简便、快速,结果可靠,可应用于药物制剂中头孢哌酮钠含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a new method for determination of cefoperazone sodium in pharmaceutical preparations. Methods: In weak acid medium, cefoperazone sodium can inhibit the potassium persulfate oxidation of fluorescent pink quenching reaction. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of cefoperazone sodium and the change of fluorescence intensity in the range of 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.3 × 10-5g.mL-1 (r = 0.9950) Cefoperazone sodium parallel determination of 11 times, RSD was 2.32%, the detection limit of the method was 7.0 × 10-8g.mL-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, reliable and can be applied to the determination of cefoperazone sodium in pharmaceutical preparations.
