当前我国高职专业的学生职业素养培养面临诸多挑战。基于会计专业的学生的发展需求,构建适合高职会计专业学生职业素养培养体系,使其适应我国社会经济发展对“高素质、应用型、技能型人才”培养目标的现实需要是非常有必要的。而所谓职业素养,多数人认为是在先天遗传基因的基础上受后天教育的影响,通过人们的自身认识活动以及实践活动逐步形成的相对稳定的个性特征。相关企业用工调查中曾指出,企业在招聘时更注重的是员工的各项软实力,例如诚实守信、爱岗敬业、责任心强、遵纪守法等职业素养。作为职业教育的实施者,在对高职会计专业学生的培养过程中,应主动探索学生职业素养培养体系,并将其应用于教学实践,从而帮助我们的学生顺利走上工作岗位。
At present, the cultivation of professional accomplishments of students in higher vocational colleges in our country faces many challenges. Based on the development needs of students majoring in accounting, it is very necessary to set up a vocational qualification training system suitable for higher vocational accounting students so that they can adapt to the social and economic development of our country and meet the practical needs of training high-quality, applied and skilled talents necessary. The so-called professionalism, most people think that is based on the genetic basis of innate education by the acquired education, through their own cognitive activities and practical activities gradually formed a relatively stable personality traits. Related employment survey has pointed out that companies pay more attention to the recruitment of all the soft power of employees, such as honesty and trustworthiness, love and respect their jobs, strong sense of responsibility, law-abiding and other professionalism. As the implementer of vocational education, in the process of training accounting students majoring in vocational education, we should take the initiative to explore the cultivation system of professionalism of students and apply them to teaching practice so as to help our students to get onto the job successfully.
