目的:探索生物疗法的治疗效果.方法:应用人胃低分化腺癌细胞系建立荷瘤动物模型,分别在瘤结局部注射生理盐水、脾细胞,IL-2、IL-2/LAK细胞和CD_3-IL-2/LAK细胞,观察其抗瘤效应.结果:生理盐水和脾细胞组既不能延长荷瘤动物存活时间,也不能使瘤体缩小;IL-2和IL-2/LAK细胞组虽然可延长存活时间,但不能使瘤体缩小;CD_3-IL-2/LAK细胞组不但可延长存活时间,而且可使瘤体坏死、缩小、脱落、愈合.结论:CD_3-IL-2/LAK细胞这组生物疗法具有确切的抗癌效应.
OBJECTIVE: To explore the therapeutic effect of biological therapy. METHODS: A human tumor-bearing poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma cell line was used to establish a tumor-bearing animal model. The tumors were injected with saline, splenocytes, IL-2, IL-2/LAK cells, and CD3 respectively. -IL-2/LAK cells were observed for their anti-tumor effect. Results: The saline and spleen cells groups could not prolong the survival time of the tumor-bearing animals, nor could they shrink the tumor; IL-2 and IL-2/LAK cell groups Can prolong survival time, but can not make the tumor shrink; CD_3-IL-2/LAK cell group can not only prolong survival time, but also can make the tumor necrosis, shrink, fall off and heal. Conclusion: CD_3-IL-2/LAK cell This group of biological therapies has an exact anti-cancer effect.
