目的:验证LX-45A型血液标本运输箱保温性能能否满足标本运输要求。方法:采用目视法查验确认标本运输箱性状,再将经过-10℃存放24h的冷源板放置在标本运输箱中,盖好箱盖,测试运输箱在43℃和19℃环境中,标本运输箱保持2~8℃的持续时间。结果:标本运输箱材料、结构及配件等均合格,在空载状态下,将标本运输箱分别放置于43℃和19℃的环境中,箱内温度保持2~8℃范围的持续时间分别为25h、30h。结论:LX-45A标本运输箱各项性能指标均符合要求,能够满足血液标本运输需求。
Objective: To verify whether the thermal insulation performance of LX-45A blood specimen transport case can meet the requirements of specimen transport. Methods: The visual inspection method was used to confirm the character of the transport box. The cold source plate that had been stored at -10 ℃ for 24h was placed in the transport box of the specimen. The lid was covered and the transport box was tested at 43 ℃ and 19 ℃. Specimens Transport box to maintain the duration of 2 ~ 8 ℃. Results: The materials, structure and accessories of the specimen transport box were all qualified. Under the no-load condition, the specimen transport boxes were respectively placed in the environment of 43 ℃ and 19 ℃, and the duration of the temperature in the box kept in the range of 2 ~ 8 ℃ were 25h, 30h. Conclusion: The performance indexes of LX-45A transport cases meet the requirements and meet the needs of blood samples transportation.
