用吸水纸检验法,对辣椒种生露湿漆斑茵和疣孢漆斑菌的种子带菌程度,在种子上的生长特点,对植株的致病性,对光照及温度的反应进行了观察.结果表明,露湿漆斑菌和疣孢漆斑菌的带菌率分别为0.4%和0.3%,两种菌的检出频率都为3.0%.在种子上的生长特点都以形成黑色粘孢团为特征.人工接种后,在辣椒叶片上都能导致叶斑.近紫外灯对这两种菌的生长促进效果最好.露湿漆斑菌较适宜的生长温度为24—28℃,疣孢漆斑茵较适宜的生长温度为28—32℃.

The results showed that the bacteriostasis rates of S. dentifrice and A. verrucosae were 0.4% and 0.3%, respectively, and the detection frequency of both strains was 3.0% As the characteristics.After artificial inoculation, can cause leaf spot on pepper leaves.UV light can promote the growth of these two kinds of bacteria best.The most suitable growth temperature is 2-8 ℃, Coated more suitable temperature for the growth of 28-32 ℃.
