东北轻合金加工厂自1982年以来围绕搞好企业,完善内部经营机制,提出了不断夯实管理基础工作,全面提高企业素质的战略任务。工厂通过长期不懈的努力,感到加强管理基础工作是一项长期的战略任务。东轻厂从上到下一贯地认为,夯实管理基础工作的根基在现场。工厂抓了现场岗位责任制的整顿,从一张生产工艺卡片抓起,建立正常的生产现场秩序。近年来,东轻厂围绕加强现场管理,保证各项管理基础工作在现场得到落实,在不断夯实的基础上又有新的发展和创新。主要经验是:
