探讨强骨煎剂对雌性大鼠切除卵巢后骨代谢的影响 ,将雌性大鼠切除卵巢分为实验对照组、强骨高组、强骨低组、龙牡组、乙烯雌酚组 ,分别以相应药物灌胃 ,3个月后处死 ,观察强骨煎剂对骨密度、血清骨钙素 (BGP) 、尿羟脯氨酸(HOP) 等骨代谢指标的影响 ,并与龙牡壮骨冲剂、乙烯雌酚组作对照。结果 ,与实验对照组比较 ,强骨煎剂能明显提高骨密度及骨矿含量(P<0 .0 1) ,能明显抑制骨吸收(P<0 .0 1) ,其中骨密度及骨矿含量高于龙牡壮骨冲剂、乙烯雌酚组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并证实了强骨煎剂有一定的量效关系。强骨煎剂能有效地抑制骨吸收 ,提高雌性去势大鼠的骨密度 ,作用优于乙烯雌酚、龙牡壮骨冲剂。
To investigate the effect of Qiang Decoction on bone metabolism after female ovariectomy in female rats, the ovariectomized female rats were divided into experimental control group, Qianggao Gao group, Qianggu low group, Longmu group, and Ethylestradiol group. The corresponding drugs were given orally, and were sacrificed 3 months later to observe the effects of Qiang Decoction on bone mineral density, bone BGP, and urinary hydroxyproline (HOP) and other bone metabolic markers, and with Longmu Zhuanggu Granules. Ethylestradiol group was used as a control. Results Compared with the experimental control group, Qiang Decoction significantly increased bone density and bone mineral content (P<0.01), and significantly inhibited bone resorption (P<0.01), among which bone density and bone mineral density The content was higher than that of Longmu Zhuanggu Granule and Ethylestradiol group (P<0.05), and it was confirmed that the strong bone decoction had a certain dose-effect relationship. The strong bone decoction can effectively inhibit bone resorption and increase the bone density of female castration rats. The effect is better than that of ethylene estradiol and Longmu Zhuanggu Granules.
