The carbon black deposition method is a new method for measuring the volume fraction of carbon black in a flame by rapidly inserting the thermocouple into different positions in the flame to deposit carbon black on the thermocouple node and then using the node temperature recorded during this time Value to calculate the share of carbon black volume at different positions in the flame, but there are three major factors that influence the flame detection of non-premixed ethylene: the thermal conductivity of the thermocouple wire, the density value of the carbon black deposited on the thermocouple node and the carbon Black particle diameter values, these parameters used in the previous study are empirical data, the error is larger. In this paper, the impact of these three factors on the test results is analyzed by numerical simulation. It is found that among the three easily neglected factors, the thermal conductivity of the double wire and the density of carbon black on the node have a great influence on the test result, while the diameter of the carbon black particle group has little effect.
