QT间期是指QRS波群起点至T波终点的时间间隔,即心室除极开始至心室复极结束的时间,亦称为心室的电收缩时间。在病理情况下,电收缩常较机械性收缩更早地出现变化。QT间期延长可致尖端扭转型室速,致死率高,故QT间期的变化受到医师、制药商等多方关注。现对导致QT间期延长的原因、QT间期的测量及相关治疗等方面进行综述。
QT interval refers to the time interval between the start of QRS complex and the end of T wave, that is, the time from the beginning of ventricular depolarization to the completion of ventricular repolarization, which is also called the ventricular contraction time. Under pathological conditions, electrical contractions often change earlier than mechanical contractions. QT prolongation can cause torsades de pointes ventricular tachycardia, high mortality rate, so the QT interval changes by physicians, pharmaceutical companies and other multi-attention. Now lead to QT prolongation of the reasons for the QT interval measurement and related treatment are reviewed.
