冲突已经成为一种十分普遍的组织现象,冲突管理水平的高低直接影响着组织目标的实现。全面分析、研究冲突有利于组织的管理者和其成员提高对冲突管理能力的认识,使冲突的破坏性后果最小化。对建设性冲突进行有效的管理,有利于组织搞好内部管理,协调成员之间、部门之间关系,是提高组织内部成员业务水平、提升整个组织管理水平、使组织达到整体效率最优的必要手段。
Conflict has become a very common organizational phenomenon, the level of conflict management directly affects the realization of organizational goals. A comprehensive analysis and study of conflicts helps the managers and their members of the organization to raise awareness of conflict management capabilities and minimize the destructive consequences of conflict.
